These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and TechPathway concerning your access to and use of our programming courses platform and services.
You agree that by accessing the platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
User Accounts

Course Access and Content
Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Course access is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
Video Content
Access to all video lectures and demonstrations for enrolled courses with unlimited viewing during active subscription.
Course Materials
Downloadable code examples, project files, and supplementary documentation provided with each course module.
Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before course access is granted. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform at checkout.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
For subscription-based courses, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the platform and all content including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and software are the property of TechPathway and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying course content without authorization
- Sharing your account credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals
- Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from our course materials
- Using automated systems to download or scrape platform content
User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to use the services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, or other materials that you submit or post through the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.
Community Standards
We expect all users to maintain professional conduct in community forums and discussions. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, you may request a refund within thirty days of purchase, provided you have completed less than twenty percent of the course content.

Refunds are processed within seven to ten business days to the original payment method
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact our support team at [email protected].
Effect of Termination
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
